Advanced Budgeting & Cost Control is advanced training in the field of finance, which focuses on flexible budgeting by variance analysis and management control system based on value-added/ non-value added cost analysis, work measurement, and benchmarking.

 

Objectives

After this training, participants are expected to:

2. Being able to perform the preparation of flexible budgeting
3. Able to perform a management control system

  • Variable and Fixed Overhead Cost Variances
  • Integrated Analysis of Overhead Cost Variances

3. Management Control System

• • Evaluating Management Control System
  • Value Added/Non-value Added Cost Analysis
  • Work Measurement

4. Benchmarking and Cost Management
