Descriptions

In daily life in the office, all employees will be assessed for the work and its performance. Without performance measurement, improvement has less meaning. If an activity cannot measure, it is difficult for us to manage those activities. In connection with that, the measurement of performance should be done using appropriate methods so that the results of these measurements reflect the true ability. Balanced Score Card (BSC) is the best way at this time in measuring the performance of both the company level, at the level of organizational units within the company and at the level of employees of the company. Where the enterprise level strategy, revealed to be more clearly and accurately in the form of division or department strategy, which is then translated again into detailed and specific in the form of individual work and team strategy. Each target strategy will be equipped with key performance indicators (KPI) and improvement action plan is based and routine-based. This training will provide an understanding of the balanced scorecard training as well as optimize the company’s ability to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
