Fixed assets are investments made by the company in the long term to support its operations, so its existence is very important to be traced and maintained. In an analysis of the alternative treatment of assets and the comparison of ROI with EVA two ways to link profit to the assets used, the most interesting are how well these alternatives serve both of the above objectives to provide information for good decision making and measurement of the economic performance of a unit business. Focusing on profit without considering the assets used to generate profits is not sufficient for the control process. Except for some specific types of service organizations insignificant amount of capital, an important goal of a profit-oriented company is to produce a satisfactory rate of return on capital employed. This training will provide insight into the proper steps in performing control of fixed asset management companies as well as optimizing the company’s ability to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
