This training discusses the problem of consumer behavior based on its understanding, behavior concepts and theories to understand consumer behavior, factors that influence consumer behavior to develop marketing strategies, types of consumers and market segmentation, theories about consumer decision making, marketing strategies, consumerism, Consumer Protection Act, Business Ethics and corporate social responsibility.
