Description

Human resource is a source of competitive advantage and the key elements that are important for success in competing to achieve the goal. Therefore, the management of human resources for the organization is essential for the public service. Human resources are part of management which is an element of management in which there are workers in the company. Humans are always active and dominant in every activity of the organization, because people become planners, perpetrators and determine the realization of organizational goals. Achievement of individual performance of employees is very important in achieving organizational goals. Is therefore required performance appraisal system that is reliable, and it can be used as the basis for performance assessment and the development of appropriate employee performance objectives of the organization. Thus, each employee can assess how far its performance has resulted in the achievement of intended goals of the organization.
