Description

In an improvement, need a process, because there is not anything “instant” that immediately became. In this process, there will be important values are contained for an improvement which has implications for the employees, the board of managers, directors, and companies. All companies, of course, want to always be better. For the various kinds of efforts made to achieve that goal, such as trying to improve employee motivation, a reward for personnel who managed to reach the target, the benchmark to the best companies, trying to apply various methods of management that have been recognized and successfully applied by large companies, and so forth. This training will provide an understanding of process improvement and optimizing the company’s ability to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
