Each region or region has different assets, which cannot be compared to one another. Regional assets are an important resource for regional governments as a source of local revenue. Therefore, local governments need to manage properly and wisely the existing assets. In the regional asset management system, the government must consider several important aspects in it, including aspects of planning, needs, and unemployment, procurement, receipt, storage and distribution, use, security and maintenance, assessment, deletion, alienation, guidance, supervision and control, financing and claims for compensation so that the regional assets can contribute optimally to the area concerned. This training will provide an in-depth understanding of asset inventory techniques related to regional asset management which will be very beneficial for responsible personnel in local government.
