Silabus bahasa indonesia –> Reliability Centered Maintenance

Descriptions

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a process that is used to determine the activities that must be carried out to ensure each physical item or a system can run well by the desired function. The result of the RCM analysis is a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan that includes reliability, failure, and type of maintenance. Reliability Centered Maintenance is based on reliability, so assets can reach an inherent level of reliability (the maximum reliability that an item can achieve based on the design and manufacturing process in an ideal operational and maintenance environment). Reliability Centered Maintenance answers 7 (seven) main questions about the equipment under study, namely system functions, malfunction, failure modes, failure effects, failure consequence, proactive tasks, task intervals, and default actions.
