Sales can be interpreted as activities to market goods or services specifically to consumers or potential customers and in general to the public. In selling, it takes special skills or the art of influencing others to buy the product or service offered. To achieve company goals, marketing or sales must be planned as best as possible by optimizing existing human resources, funds, facilities, and time. Marketing or sales develop into Sales Management which is a process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling and evaluating sales activities carried out by companies through salesforce. This training will provide understanding and knowledge about sales management that is very useful for personnel engaged in marketing and sales.
