The “Seven Habbits” training was adapted from the book “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”, authored by Stephen R. Covey. There is an approach for successful management called Principle-Centered Leadership and for a successful life called Principle-Centered Life. The main principle in Seven Habbits is the belief that we cannot be more successful just by changing behavior or attitudes. We must first overcome our principles, the way we see things around us, our perceptions of others. This training will provide an understanding of Seven Habbits, provide an overview of consistent ways of thinking, living, and doing.

 

Objectives

This training will discuss the Seven Habits which will be held for 2 days. Participants will understand the application of the Seven Habits principles namely Be Proactive, Begin with the End in Mind, Put First Things First, Think Win-Win, Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood, Synergize, and Sharpen the Saw that can be applied in the world work and personal life.
