Purchasing strategy planning and implementation of supply management have important concepts, namely cost strategy/price analysis, value analysis, and total cost of ownership that must be understood by stakeholders so as to ensure the productivity of company performance. This training will provide an in-depth understanding through procedural and technical approaches to world-class standard supply management, maximizing value for money, increasing profitability by controlling total costs, and managing the supply price model.
