Tax planning is the first step in tax management. Tax management is a means to fulfill tax obligations properly, but the amount of tax paid can be reduced to a minimum to obtain the expected profit and liquidity. The next step is the implementation of tax obligations (tax implementation) and tax control (tax control). At this tax planning stage, collection and research of tax regulations are carried out. The goal is to choose the type of tax savings that will be taken. In general, the emphasis on tax planning (tax planning) is to minimize tax obligations.

 

In general, tax planning (tax planning) refers to the process of engineering the business and transactions of taxpayers so that the tax debt is in a minimal amount, but still within the framework of tax regulations.
