Every individual has their problems. The problem is inherent in an individual. But in every problem, there must be a solution or a way out. The results of problem-solving activities are solutions. Thinking about problems as something that is always bad is an easy thing to do because we rarely interpret the phrase taking advantage of a situation just as we interpret the phrase correcting a bad situation. We will take into account the acquisition of opportunities in problem-solving by defining the problem (problem) as a condition or event that is detrimental or has the potential to be detrimental to a company or that is profitable or has the potential to generate profits. During the problem-solving process, managers will be involved in decision making, namely the act of choosing various alternative actions. Decisions are certain actions chosen. Usually, solving one problem will require several decisions. And some problems require teams to solve problems and make decisions.
